S.ON is the operating software used for all Schleuniger CoaxStrip machines. The wire programming and production are controlled via a touch screen and the menu hierarchy, operating elements, and pictograms used simplify the training and understanding of the Schleuniger wire processing concept.

In this course, we will teach you step-by-step how to navigate the software and create a basic wire program by creating and naming a wire program, defining the raw materials, application parameters, and processing parameters that will be used and saving the settings.

This course is not intended to cover the entire S.ON operating software but rather to give you an introduction to the basic programming steps. This course is also not intended to cover machine operation. Before operating the machine, please read the operating instructions in full. Additional, detailed information can be found in the reference manual for your machine.
